Return Period
Customers can return products purchased from SuperSpring Ventures Private Limited within 7 days of receiving the item, unless otherwise specified.

Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original boxes, packaging, and accessories. Any signs of wear or damage will result in a partial or complete deduction in the refund amount.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team at customercare@superspringventures.com to initiate a return. Once approved, securely package the item and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation. Our logistic partner will pick-up the package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement and cover return shipping costs.
